cobb, pllc was founded in the wake of the 2008 Great Recession, driven by a desire to offer affordable and reliable accounting services to entrepreneurs as well as knowledgeable advice and tax preparation services to businesses, their owners, and individuals. Our team understood firsthand the unique challenges small business owners face, and we were committed to providing practical, results-focused solutions.

From day one, we have been passionate about being a trusted advisor for small businesses in need of bookkeeping services, payroll processing, and strategic business advising. Our expertise in startup business consulting, business tax consulting, and controller outsourcing has allowed us to partner with entrepreneurs to achieve business growth and financial stability.

In 2015, we transitioned to a fully licensed Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm, broadening our offerings to include comprehensive virtual accounting staffing and controller services for small and midsize companies.  At the same time our tax practice has grown to approximately 1500 clients of all types and sizes.   We currently serve business and individual clients located throughout the United States.
